A pair of suspected mail thieves have been caught after a rental truck chase.The U-Haul was spotted at a community mailbox on Napa Valley Way in southwest Bakersfield. The truck was chased down by police around 1:00 Friday morning, and 60-year-old Robert Raney and 38-year-old Tony Neal were arrested. At least five mail theft victims are confirmed, narcotics were also found in the truck. The theft is being investigated to see if the suspects are connected to any of the many recent mail thefts around Bakersfield.
