A man charged with killing three people more than six years ago at a home on Bradley Street in south Bakersfield has been declared competent to stand trial.

A judge ruled Thursday that 28-year-old Tokunbo Okuwoga was ready to face trial for first degree murder. Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
