A man with a history of trouble in Kern County is back in jail facing murder charges. Delano Police say 40-year-old Robert Dominguez was booked Sunday night for shooting 37-year-old Victor Palermo around 12:30 Saturday afternoon on Fremont Street near 12th Street. He’s being held without bail.
