Police are looking for a man they believe was with a stabbing victim during a fatal altercation.It happened at a party on Dayton Avenue in south Bakersfield. 34-year-old Michael Rosales may have fled to Los Angeles or Mexico after Saturday’s death of 23-year-old Miguel Garcia.
