A Delano man is being held on $1 million bail for having sexual relations with a student at Tulare High School.The incidents reportedly occured on campus during school hours. 44-year-old Juan Javier Sanchez has taught Spanish at the school for seven years and was arrested Thursday morning. Tulare police had gotten a call Wednesday from the district alerting them.
