A Visalia man has been arrested for DUI after a crash on Highway 178 in the Kern River Canyon. 22-year-old Miguel Zamora was among four people in his car injured around 9:00 Thursday morning, the CHP says he crossed the yellow line on a blind curve to pass another car. The woman driving the truck he hit was hospitalized with moderate injuries.
