A former Delano High School counselor has pleaded no contest to having sex with an underage student. 30-year-old Bobby Scott Perigo was re-arrested last year for taking a girl he was ordered to stay away from to Tulare County. Former co-worker Juan Brito also admitted in court Friday to being an accessory for helping Perigo cover up the affair.
