A Bakersfield man has been convicted of premeditated, first-degree murder on a GET bus.The stabbing happened after the men argued at a bus stop, then the conflict continued when they got on a bus in 2011. 39-year-old Richard Gomez had been found guilty a year ago, but a jury deadlocked on whether he was sane when he killed Lorenzo Hernandez. A judge has ruled him sane and he faces 26-years-to-life.
