A fight at a holistic medical office has led to a doctor shooting and killing a man believed to be his patient.

A witness called police at 5:50 Tuesday afternoon from the Garden Oasis Medical on Goodman Street near Alta Vista Drive in northeast Bakersfield, and Sgt. Ryan Kroeker says they found a man in a parking lot who’d been shot several times as well as the injured doctor inside his office.

No identities have been released, and the doctor has not been arrested.
