Teenagers have found a new kind of trouble as police say they are holding house parties in new construction homes.The break-in parties have been causing extensive damage. Sgt. Ryan Kroeker says they’ve had numerous calls in the past few weeks of parties in southwest Bakersfield where 15 to 19-year-olds are trashing the insides of nearly completed houses. 17 teens were arrested at a party on April 21st, police have now stepped up patrols around new housing. Some builders have hired private security.
