Bakersfield Police have arrested a man after a traffic stop turned up a loaded gun and drugs.

Officers say they also found evidence that 46-year-old Kevin Glover was going to sell the narcotics when his car was pulled over on Q and 36th streets Tuesday night. Glover also faces gang charges.
