The Sheriff’s Gang Unit has worked with Homeland Security on a long-term narcotics investigation.The operaton has led to the arrest of a Delano man. 25-year-old Saul Carrasco was booked Tuesday after a search of an apartment on 18th Avenue. Over five pounds of meth were seized, and Carrasco faces charges for drug sales and child endangerment.
