A jury has found an Oildale man guilty of strangling his roommate one day before the first anniversary of the death. 33-year-old Eloy Rubalcaba was convicted Tuesday of one count of murder for the killing of 39-year-old Jack Perrigo, who was found in the apartment the two shared on Lincoln Avenue. Sentencing is set for June 14th.
