The coroner has identified the man shot and killed at an apartment complex at 38th and M streets near Stella Hills Elementary School.The dead man in northeast Bakersfield has been identified by the coroner as 35-year-old Michael Washington, Jr. He died hours after being shot Tuesday night and police are looking for four men in dark clothing seen leaving the area. His family had previously named him in media reports.
