A former supervisor at Alta Sierra Ski Resort has pleaded no contest to voluntary manslaughter for shooting his co-worker.
Bobbie Rhynes had already been acquitted of first degree murder while a jury deadlocked in a second trial in the death of Carl Woolwine two years ago. Prosecutors believe Rhynes was upset over comments the victim made about another worker.
Sentencing is June 22nd.
