A Lamont man is dead and a Arvin man is in jail on murder charges after a hit-and-run.The accident was on Highway 184 at Buena Vista Boulevard. The CHP says 55-year-old Jesus Moreno was driving drunk when he lost control of his car late Saturday night, then struck 39-year-old David Rosales Rico. Moreno was caught a short time later.
