A man and woman were seriously injured when their car collided head-on with a semi on Norris Road in Oildale. The CHP says 34-year-old Arnold Depietro may have been distracted when he lost control of his Honda Civic turning from Roberts Lane just before 10:00 Tuesday morning and slammed into the truck. The semi driver was unhurt.
