The DMV has issued citations to three people in Arvin as part of their statewide crackdown.The search is for fraudulent use of disabled parking placards. The citation recipients face fines up to $1-thousand from the enforcement last month, but the DMV says it’s more important to get the word out that misuse of disabled parking makes life harder for those who truly need it. 135 citations were issued across California last month.
