Court records show the excessive blood alcohol level of an Arvin man charged in the death of a pedestrian.The CHP says in the filings the BAC was three time times the legal limit. 55-year-old Jesus Rodriguez Moreno had an alcohol reading of .25 after being awakened in his vehicle on June 3rd. 39-year-old David Rico was run over on Highway 184 near Buena Vista Boulevard.
