Two Kern County men have been indicted on federal charges for transporting drugs from Mexico. Darrell Jennings of Bakersfield and Mario Alvarez-Muniz of Taft, both 49, were charged Thursday for shipping meth, cocaine and heroin to Chicago. Jennings is an independent tow truck operator and the drugs were found in his vehicle.
