Former Bakersfield Mayor Harvey Hall is continuing his crusade to have automated defibrillators in public buildings.The Bakersfield businessman has donated five AED’s to the City of Tehachapi. They were about to buy the lifesaving devices and asked Hall Ambulance on which ones to get, and so the donation was offered. Hall has given AED’s to all the council chambers in Kern County.
