A decomposing body has been found on an abandoned property on McCord Avenue in Oildale. Deputies were called by residents of a nearby trailer park around 11:00 Monday morning. The remains had been behind an empty building for several days, and it was not immediately evident if there was foul play or even if the adult was a male or female.
