Lake Ming is closed to the public as jet ski races take over.The public is invited as spectators, but PWC’s own the waters in northeast Bakersfield. The Ski Jam pro racing series event happens Saturday and Sunday and the event includes classes for riding personal water craft. The lake re-opens to the public on Monday.
