Three suspects in a fatal shooting in front of the Family Dollar store on Union Avenue have pleaded not guilty to first degree murder.

Bakersfield Police arrested Jose Zambrano and Juan Rubio two weeks ago for the June 3rd killing of 41-year-old Carlos Munoz, then used a K-9 to catch Jose Urendo the next day.

Their next court date is in August.
