Police have arrested a 19-year-old man in northeast Bakersfield on firearm and gang related charges. Officers conducted a search last night [tue] at a residence on Lorelei Rock Drive south of Hillcrest Memorial Park, turning up three guns and Ken Loza was taken into custody.
