Sheriff’s deputies are looking for the man suspected of robbing the Chase bank in Oildale.

The holdup began around 11:30 Friday morning on North Chester Avenue and China Grade Loop. No customers or employees were hurt, and the man ran away with the loot. The suspect is described as being 35-40 years old with a blue tinted beard.

Deputies say the bank is a popular target with thieves and has been robbed several times over the past six years.
