Evacuations have been ordered in Mariposa County ahead of the Detwiler Fire, which grew to 25-thousand acres overnight. The fire that began Sunday is a big reason for the latest round of smoke in Kern County. It was still just five percent contained as of Wednesday morning, prompting Governor Brown to declare an emergency.
