The man accused of killing another driver in a head-on DUI crash on Taft Highway has pleaded not guilty to all charges. Bakersfield Police says Carlos Garcia drifted into oncoming traffic Saturday near Stine Road, hitting 25-year-old Francisco De La Cruz. Garcia pleaded no contest to a DUI six years ago.
