The CHP says the victims of a suspected DUI crash on Taft Highway are a 51-year-old mother and her 19-year-old daughter.

34-year-old Vincent Moroyoque was arrested after officers say he hit the women’s sedan head-on west of Buena Vista Road Thursday evening. Moroyoque has previous DUI arrests.

He heads to court on Monday.
