The man suspected of killing a mother and daughter in a DUI crash on Taft Highway has pleaded not guilty to second degree murder.

The CHP says 34-year-old Vincent Moroyoque hit 51-year-old Raeleen Sorensen and her 20-year-old daughter Reagan head-on near Buena Vista Road on Thursday. Moroyoque has previous DUI arrests.
