Three men have been sentenced to several years in federal prison for running a foreclosure rescue scam in Bakersfield.

Prosecutors say Martin Calzada, Juan Curiel and Santiago Palacios-Hernandez ripped off 10 victims for $70,000 by taking an upfront fee to pay off underwater loans then pocketing that money. They ran the Star Reliable Mortgage Company.
