The man who was hit and killed by a car while riding his skateboard in downtown Bakersfield has been identified as 20-year-old Isaiah Moore. Police believe Moore was turning against a red light when he was struck last Thursday evening on Truxtun and Chester avenues, Moore’s family says his donated organs saved six lives.
