A man has been arrested for breaking into an east Bakersfield fire station and stealing a wallet.

Firefighters spotted 30-year-old suspect Ryan Hill before going out on a call Thursday night. Police caught Hill a short time later a few streets from the station on Bernard and Sacramento streets.
