Three suspected gang members have been arrested for killing a 17-year-old boy in Lamont. Sheriff’s deputies say Juan Montano, his brother Jose, and Giovanni Jasso shot Abraham Rubio following an argument last month on Paradise Road and Weedpatch Highway.
