An appeals court has ruled that an Oildale man should be re-sentenced in a sexual assault case that involved underage girls. The Fifth District Court of Appeal overturned a forcible sex act charge for Anthony Scott Searles-Harris, who is serving a 12-year sentence from several charges in 2014.
