The woman accused of letting a baby drown at a Motel 6 bathtub has pleaded not guilty to child endangerment.

Bakersfield Police say Celena Martinez was supposed to be watching the boy and his twin brother Monday at the unit on Easton Drive and California Avenue when one child was found face down.

She is being held on $1 million bail.
