The CHP has arrested a van driver who’s accused of killing a motorcycle rider in a hit and run crash in southeast Bakersfield. Officers say 24-year-old Yoanna Aldaz fled after she struck 46-year-old Frank Richards, Jr. Saturday night on South Union Avenue and Adams Street.

The driver of the van is suspected of DUI.
