A van driver accused of killing a motorcyclist in a hit and run crash in southeast Bakersfield has entered a not guilty plea at her arraignment. 24-year Yoanna Aldaz who has a prior misdemeanor DUI conviction, is charged with murder from the Saturday night crash on Union Avenue. She is being held on $1 million bail.
