Police are looking for the person who stabbed another man in the chest with a samurai sword in northeast Bakersfield. The attack happened around 12:15 Sunday afternoon on the corner of Grace and Kern streets. The victim was taken to the hospital with moderate injuries and is expected to survive. A motive has not been released.

The suspect is described as 5’5″ tall with a slim build and tattoos on his neck. He fled in a older green sedan.
