The hunt is on for whoever gunned down two men in separate incidents in east Bakersfield, although no suspect descriptions have been released. Detectives say 56-year-old Alexander Hernandez was shot in a drive-by on Lake and Tulare streets around 12:30 Sunday morning, and 35-year-old Anthony Medina was found shot to death in house on Uffert Street east of Oswell Street about 45 minutes later.
