A 26-year-old Bakersfield man has been hit with a 26-count indictment for making online threats to blow up two high schools in Indianapolis, and for producing and distributing child pornography. Prosecutors say Buster Hernandez also tried to coerce young girls into sending him sexually explicit photos of themselves in 2015.
