Secret Witness has increased the reward for information in a southwest Bakersfield killing to $30-thousand. Detectives have struggled to find leads since 60-year-old Carl Crawford was found dead at his home in August 2014 by his girlfriend. Crawford was a corrections officer in Delano, he died of gunshot wounds.
