The woman who was killed when she pulled into traffic from the shoulder of Wible Road is identified as 55-year-old Jami Lee Hall of Bakersfield. Police say she was struck by another vehicle just after 8:00 Sunday night near Rawhide Road, but drugs and alcohol do not appear to be factors.
