Closing arguments have been heard in the trial of Sabrina Limon, who is accused of plotting with her ex-lover to murder her husband.
Prosecutor Eric Smith says she told admitted gunman Jonathan Hearn where to find Robert Limon’s Tehachapi jobsite, as well as how to cover his tracks. Smith says she lied to investigators even though texts and phone calls show she was in constant contact with Hearn.
Defense lawyer Richard Terry says Hearn was the one in the driver’s seat who manipulated Limon because he wanted to be with her. Terry also believes Hearn made up a story about an earlier murder attempt and says Limon only lied to investigators to cover up their affair.
She faces life in prison if convicted of first-degree murder.
