Bakersfield Fire Chief Douglas Green says the department is “extremely proud” of the actions taken by one of their own who was at the Route 91 Festival in Las Vegas when a gunman opened fire.

Greener says Reserve Firefighter Sean Stevens helped guide other concert-goers to safety on Sunday, then returned when the shooting stopped to help triage patients and treat their wounds.
