A woman has been killed a rollover crash off Taft Hwy in southwest Bakersfield by a reckless driver in a stolen car.

Police say 24-year-old Franklin Villalta-Juarez was passing cars on the shoulder near Stine Road Sunday afternoon when the Camry hit an SUV with three people inside. He was arrested at the scene while two passengers were taken to the hospital.
