Police have arrested a suspect who had been on the run for two years from a southwest Bakersfield shooting. Officers say the Department of Homeland Security helped them nab 36-year-old Terry Turner in Lancaster on Saturday.

Turner and Lamar Williams are accused of an attempted murder on Panama Lane and Ashe Road in 2015.
