The man accused of helping his girlfriend bury a woman in a shallow grave east of Bakersfield has had all charges against him dismissed.However, 56-year-old Bret Stroud is not off the hook–prosecutors say they will refile the charges against him for the shooting death of Kristin Goldsberry on Caliente Creek and Back Canyon roads in March.

33-year-old accused murderer Cori Cotton heads to court next month. Deputies say she struck Goldsberry in the head following an argument.
