The Kern County Auto Theft Task Force known as Kern CATT has arrested three women who were caught with stolen vehicles and a male suspect who had a warrant. They were picked up Wednesday morning at the Residence Inn on Union and Truxtun avenues in Bakersfield. Police are still looking for 24-year-old Raymond Velasquez, a felon who’s wanted for possession of a firearm and ammunition.
