More money is coming to the city of Bakersfield for a bicycle program and pedestrian improvements on Brundage Lane. The Kern Council of Governments awarded more than $113 thousand to include upgrades to the Kern River Bike Path from Manor Street to Alfred Harrell highway and downtown parking.
